Parent Teacher Conferences

Just a reminder that next week is a short week due to the Veterans Day holiday, teacher PD on Tuesday and conferences on Wednesday.  There will be no school on those days.

National Geographic Geo Bee

We started preparing for our Geo Bee quiz next week.  The test next week will decide the homeroom champions that will compete to win the title of Memorial School Geo Bee Champion.

Project Adventure Update

Team 234

Thursday is our trip to Project Adventure in Beverly!  This is going to be a great trip.  Here are a couple of reminders:

• Dress in layers.  We will be outside all day and it may be cool at times on the higher challenge course.
• Don't forget your sunblock/bug repellent and the yellow permission slip.
• Only bring things you need for PA to school.  We will be going right to the cafe and not going upstairs to lockers. 
• Bring plenty of snacks and water.  Lunch will be provided (everyone signed a permission slip for pizza!)

We are leaving at 8:15 sharp.  Be on time!  The bus is scheduled to return to Memorial at 4:45 so you will need to pick up your kids.  If there are alternate pick up plans we need a note!  

Back to School Night

Memorial School back to school night is Thursday September 19th from 6:00 - 7:30.  Come and meet the 5th Grade Team and hear from Principal Dressler.
